Orders ship within 15 business days. This will not include weekends, holidays or actual shipping time once it gets handed to the shipping carrier. Some items will take longer processing time to ship, which will include but is not limited to custom items, large orders of 5+ items and wholesale orders. (22-27 business days.) Packages ship with either USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of your package. Upgraded shipping WILL NOTchange the process time of your order, but will allow it to move faster in the shipping process once it reaches the shipping carrier. 

Please note* If you choose upgraded shipping, this does NOT mean your shirt will be made faster than 15 business days, ONLY that it will move faster once the post office receives it***

You will receive an email from us with tracking when your order has been pulled for fulfilment. Please allow 24-48 for the post office to reflect transit. 

DixieHartDesigns is NOT responsible for any delivery delays because of carrier shipping delays. Please understand there is absolutely nothing we are able to do to make your package arrive faster once once it has been dropped off for shipment. If you have any questions as to the whereabouts of your package once it has left our shop, please contact the shipping carrier. If your package is lost within the USPS system, please file a claim with USPS. We can not locate this for you once it is in their possession.
